ABOUT OUR STAFF
Lori Willard graduated from Creighton University with her clinical doctorate degree in 2000. She moved to Texas and began her orthopedic career for a large outpatient therapy center. She started working for herself 10 years ago. She began advanced education in manual therapy near the beginning of her career. She has taken advanced course work in manual therapy of the lumbar spine, thoracic spine, cervical spine, ribs, shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, foot, wrist and hand including joint mobilization, manipulation, soft tissue release, myofascial release, Pilates, Yoga, postural assessment, muscle energy, dry needling, strength and stabilization. She believes strongly that injury prevention begins with keeping our bodies balanced and our core strong.
Amy Sheehy graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Masters of Physical Therapy (High Distinction) in 1993. She has lived and worked as a physical therapist in Omaha, NE, Tucson, AZ, and the Dallas metroplex. She has extensive experience in various disciplines of physical therapy including acute care, wound care, geriatrics, neurologic rehab, sports medicine, and orthopedics. Her main area of expertise is the orthopedic population, having taken advanced courses in orthopedic assessment and treatment, joint and soft tissue mobilization and manipulation, myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy, strength-stabilization, kinesiotaping, and dry needling. She also obtained her certification in strength and conditioning from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She strives to evaluate and treat the whole person in order to reduce the incidence of injury
re-occurance.
